I'm taking a computer programming class this summer for advanced web site development and had a homework assignment that took hours to do last weekend and developed severe eye strain. Yes, I should know better than to sit in front of a computer for hours... but it was interesting!
Well, I paid for it. I couldn't read on a computer for three days this week and today, my first day back, they are very tender. Combine that with 105+ degree weather here in NorCal, and we're just feeling abit miserable.
It's ironic that, today, I received my newsletter from the National Women's Health Center that had a great article on eye health. Thought I'd share it with you all!!! It talks specifically about what you can eat that will help you maintain your eye health, help prevent cataracts, macular degeneration, etc. etc. It even talks about sunlight and why our eyes shouldn't be exposed to high levels.
If you, like me, want to have good eyesight for years to come, check out the article below!
