Mini Pill

My flares seem to be tied to ovulation, which I assume means I'm reacting to estrogen. Is anyone sensitive to estrogen and using birth control pills? I was on Yasmin, but that made my flares worse. I'm curious to know if anyone has tried the "Mini Pill", which is progestin only?

when i am off birth control, i also notice my flares get worse around ovulation! i dont know if its because im most constipated around that time, or its the estrogen, but yes, i have noticed that and i was always better around my period, which seems to be rare.

birth contorl hasnt really helped me though. i am on loestrin now and am thinking of getting off because i think its making my vulvodynia worse.
