.....Big heavy sigh of relief.....
I got the phone call this morning! :D They are squeezing me in for a hearing with the same judge as I saw in July '99 who approved me for disability!
Jill, I have to give you credit for lots of this!! :D Without that book I got from you, I've have never known to ask to have a decision reopened. We just asked them about two weeks ago. They said normally they have to give 20 days notice, but if I'll sign a waiver they will squeeze me in in 11 days!!
A lady named Cindy in Tom Tancredo's (congressman) office has been working with me on this for over a year now, and she's so wonderful... many thanks go out to her also... once I gave her the new-found information she was able to get results. lol, I was telling her about the book I found the information in, and she said "hey, why don't I have that book? I need it!", so I directed her here to get it.
Wow what a long 4 1/2 years. oooooooooo I'm nervous! I hope the judge remembers me.... wish me luck....
