second denial came today grrrrr

I received my second denial today in the mail. I was told by the lady representing me that i would be denied this time and to expect it, I guess I was just hoping it wouldn't happen. I have an appointment on the 14th to sign papers for a hearing on this matter. Oh course I also just returned from my URO appt, and things are still out of control. I would love to put the person that denied me in my shoes for 24 hourssr to see what they think.

Grrr! No offense to anyone, but I just can't understand how the government works sometimes. How can they turn you down, without knowing how much you are suffering? or maybe they know and just don't care??!?!?! I am looking to get a decision on my appeal, and I hope it doesn't come back as a denial. :( But it probably will. why did they deny you?

I had to go through 2 denials too and still won in the end. I hate the governments process of what it takes to actually get the disability that we need. GRRRRR, I hate all the evaluation of the "why denied". I hate that the process made me want to focuss on proving how sick I was, instead of getting better and focussing on what I could do. I hate lots about it, but now that it is over, I love the money! lol. I hope things work out for you too.

I honestly believe that some denials are made just to discourage people from applying. And it's amazing how many people who give up after the first denial.
