im 23 and was diagnosed a little over a year ago.. i work p/t at a doctors office as a med receptionist and its really hard sometimes to go to the bathroom because i have 5 phone lines ringing..pt's coming in..pt's going out...plus im starting to have major back pain. ive only worked there for a few months but i was wondering if anyone thought i would qualify for any kind of disability or ssi..i'm a single mom so i have to work..i dont know..i just thought i'd see what you guys thought about it,thanks.

I'm afraid I'm not too informed about the SS/disability requirements BUT I was thinking...in the meantime is there another position in the office you could fill that wouldn't require you to be at the front desk all the time. Perhaps organizing and updating patient files or helping with the billing? Just a thought to help get you through!
