Help with overlapping conditions

Before I was diagnosed with IC (January 2006), I was diagnosed with IBS and allergies - seasonal, corn, mold, refined wheat. The allergies cause terrific headaches and the medicine I take for them causes bladder pain and aggravates my IBS. If I eliminate everything I’m allergic to and everything that causes me bladder pain, I feel like I’m down to lettuce and water.

In short, I feel overwhelmed and don’t know how to coordinate a plan for managing IC and the other conditions. Are the physicians who can help develop a comprehensive plan for dealing with all of these conditions?

I would appreciate any advice.

Medications: Elmiron; Trazadone; Zyrtec; Nasonex;

HI! I have allergies too. I can't take Zyrtec cause it causes bladder pain for me. I can take Claritin though and use Rhinocort Aqua nasal spray and Flunisolide nasal spray. I have IBS too but it's pretty much under control now. It's SO difficult to coordinate all the meds us with IC and other health problems have. I have a great Pain Management/Rheumatologist who helps with all my problems.....you might try that. Roxie
