Forget to tell you guys.. took 9 months from applying and I recieved SSD and SSI. Its not enough to live on but at least it helps, Im also on food stamps.

You go girl. hi I am so happy for you! I am waiting for a hearing date now and hopefully I will have some news soon.. One thing I did that might speed up yall's cases was to call your congressmans office and request them to flag your file and also if you are in financial trouble they can also try to get the hearing date speeded up. I will know soon whether or not it helped to do this. I certainly hope so... :D When we hear of someone getting approved it really lifts our spirits. Thank you and way to go! LisaK
