As long as I drink lots of water before I go out, I can sometimes have up to two beers. I pay for it the next day a little with a little extra frequency tho..but not too bad.:woohoo:

i suppose the 2 sips of beer...caused me more frequency...it began about 5hours after...and i am still peeing more than normal its been 48 hours.

can 2 sips..really cause me havoc for 2 days?
doesnt seem possible
but i am kinda stressed..


that really sucks
maybe ill try wine next time
