i was approved after two years but

after two years of being turn down and having to hire a lawyer to get it for me and go to court. now ssi wants to say yes your children are approved but all the money is going to me and they can't pay my children anything. I don't draw much because I'm young and didn't work very much we have three children my husband works too but without me working and the little the ssd is giving me i don't belive we will be able to make it does anyone have any ideas to get the children money or is there no hope?

What did your lawyer say about the situation? If you got anything he got paid right? I'm not sure myself.
But do they get help at school and stuff? Like reduced or free lunches? I know every little bit helps.
Maybe someone else will have an answer for you.

yes my children get free lunch at school thank god for that. and my lawyer told me before ssi did he didnt belive they would be able to draw off of me because i didnt get to work much because i have been sick since birth but i did work some. now if my husband drawed they could get it. the letter ssi sent me said they was appoved but they couldnt pay them anything because i was already getting the money I don't know where but i belive there is more help out there i just dont know where :confused:
