Any one here have experience with Hunner's Ulcers?

:( My doc thinks I may hae Hunner's Ulcers? (I am having a cyst/hydro soon) I have seen the pictures, and I am terrified! I mean I am in A LOT of pain but I would think I wouldn't be able to move if the inside of my bladder looks like that. If you have had experience with them please tell me your symptoms & pain level Immediatly prior to DX and Treatment Results.

I have been diagnosed with Hunners and I do very well the vast majority of the time.

Hunner's Ulcers were found and removed during my cyst/hydro Nov 2004. Since then I haven't had the sharp stabbing pains in my bladder that I had prior to the hydro.... just recently those stabbing pains have come back. Don't know, wondering if the ulcers are coming back and that's why the stabbing pains have returned. My other symptoms were not improved, however, after the hydro...burning bladder, back ache, frequency, etc. remained the same, but did get to a mangeable level after getting my meds fine tuned.
