The Swelling is really bad today? Any suggestions?

Lots of water usually helps no matter where your swelling.

I always have that problem. I don't have fat on my stomach, the swelling is hard and from the inside. I think some of it is constipation, but the rest is water.

the only time I have the swelling is during a flare. Not that I have a perfectly flat belly. But I look PG and I hate it. Not to mention can't wear very many clothes, they must be loose and I can't sit for extneded periods or swelling gets worse. This Flare is particularly severe

Yup, I'm familar with the IC tummy. I get it when I'm really flaring. Unfortunately, aside from the normal things to do for a flare (ic diet, meds, tums, baking soda trick, etc.) there isn't much you can do for the bloated stomach. I have favorite comfy yoga pants and a great loose skirt that I wear when my bladder is particularly grumpy. I would suggest that you invest in some loose cotton pants, etc.
