help with private messages

I know this has nothing to do with IC! My private messages are full. I keep clicking on the link to delete all the messages. They don't go away for some reason. I have been trying to send a few people pm's and my computer won't let me since the inbox is full and refuses to delete! Does any know what to do? Thanks

If you can't empty your folders.....try opening each message...scroll down, click on the box to delete and then hit the delete bar....hopefully that will work.

If you look at the top of your messages you'll see a number of how many messages there are --- and a little box beside it. Click on that box so check marks will appear in all the boxes. Then delete.

I think I finally got it cleared up! It kept showin messages in my sent box but I think I got them deleted now. Thanks again.
