I'm really loving this book. It's called "To Feel Stuff" by Andrea Seigel.
It's about a 20 year old girl who has a series of mysterious diseases. She is constantly sick, so she ends up living in her University's infirmary. Then she starts seeing ghosts and falls in love with a guy who had his knees shattered. It might sound like a silly teen romance, but it deals with some pretty heavy stuff, and I think the writing is quite good.
