I avoid all artificial sweeteners. I can eat regular vanilla or butterscotch pudding though.

I don't seem to be very diet sensitive but I had some jello instant pudding after my hydro and I didn't have any problems. I had cheesecake and white chocolate flavors. It was really yummy actually, I might need to buy some more, lol

I manage to eat Jell-O brand vanilla pudding. The "cook 'n serve" not instant. And I can also tollerate Jell-O too, the strawberry-kiwi flavor.
