Flaring

I'm in one of the bad flares today. I can't sit down, in the bathroom every 5 minutes, can't lay down, and nothing is helping. Grrrr...I just want it to go away! banghead

Are you sure you don't have an infection going on? It might be worth checking out if your frequency continues at that rate. Have you tried heat or ice, sometimes those help people? You might have to call your uro for some help if you don't have any meds that can help you with symptoms this bad during a flare. See how you are doing tomorrow. Hopefully you will settle down soon. I have had a rough day too. I think it was oatmeal I had at breakfast and that has never bothered me before. But today was bad. Hugs comimg your way and I hope you are better soon.

i totally understand.. sometimes i even have to put a pillow at the back of the toilet seat as i keep falling asleep n i just cant leave the toilet...LOL
