Another MSM gel fan!!

I've been making my own MSM gel with 1000mg MSM capsules and 100% organic aloe vera. OMG, it takes the urethra pain away immediately! I'm a big fan of this stuff...I would encourage anyone to try it who has urethra pain/spasms.


I'm mostly a pelvic pain sufferer.....this urethra pain is only new in the past 2 days since I had my weekly instill in the office. I don't know what caused it but it certainly wasn't anything I could walk around with...it was horrible!!

Just wanted to post my success with this in case anyone else was on the fence.

Glad to hear you found something that works. I couldn't find 100% aloe vera gel at whole foods. I found 99%. What brand do you use? I bought msm caps and the inside was very grainy. What are you using? My pain is more of a burning. How would you describe your pain? Stabbing? Thanks!
