Sinus infection Question

Ok, so I have not had the formal testing done but my GYNO is sure I have IC based on symptoms. I was actually in remission for 1 WHOLE YEAR until I had a sinus infection last month. I ended up on antibiotics twice, as soon as I stopped I started having a flare, has anyone else had a connection with their sinus infections?

I really want to be in remission again:mad:
I just feel like crying and going to bed. My main symptoms is the constant "bladder burning" feeling I think someone related it to a "menthol" feeling. My symptoms are very mild compared to others on the board but I still feel like crying.

Well, a lot of Doc's diagnose IC on symptoms alone because the treatment is the same. What helped me the most with the burning feeling was Elavil, and I also take Elmiron which has helped me with frequency and pressure.
If you have early symptoms I would urge you to try the standard meds and try to prevent IC from developing past your mild symptoms.

Some antibiotics can cause bladder irritation; most do not. I hope your flare goes away very quickly.
