So I was at a birth (I'm a student midwife) today and I was REALLY hungry. As they were doing the postpartum bonding thing I looked in their fridge (this was a home birth) and couldn't find much I could eat. So I went out on a limb and tried swiss cheese on melba toast...This is the first time I ate swiss in about 15 months. I don't seem to be flaring and it tasted so good! I wonder if this is a one time "got away with it" thing, or if I might be able to eat swiss cheeses???
Does anyone do OK with Swiss cheese?

That's great :) Swiss is my favorite, especially Emmenthaler Swiss from the deli. It's a stronger flavored one, and I've never had any problems with it.

I love Swiss! It's one of the few foods I can eat. I love it all melty on toast! :) MMMMM.....
oops....darn. I think I ran into the fridge and "accidentally" got swiss cheese in my mouth. :evilsmile :woohoo:

I can eat swiss with no problem, but most cheeses do not bother me..

I can eat it too. I am lucky; I can eat most cheeses without a problem, even cheddar. :D

Go ahead and maybe get some more and try it again to see what happens. It'll be exciting if you discovered something else you can have!
