Hi, hope someone out there can answer this questions. Has anyone ever used both Cystoprotek and Bladder Q together and with what results. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks, Judy Gee

Hey there,

I was using Cystoprotek, and Cysta Q together for a time, but I compensated not to over do the Quercetin. I took two Cystoprotek in the morning, and 1 Cysta Q at night. I ran out of Cystoprotek though and have been taking only Cysta Q lately, but I plan to reorder and try again. I wasn't trying the combo long enough to really see a difference, but I did feel okay. The Cystoprotek tends to give me heartburn though. It really eased up when I stopped taking it, but I don't think my bladder was too happy with me stopping it!!!

My understanding is in the directions of cystoprotek is sayins to freeze the capsules if it upsets your stomach or gives you heartburn. Then take the capsules it also suggests dropping your dosage to 2 capsules twice daily with meals.

I froze the capsules and they still gave me bad acid reflux. My only other recourse is to squeeze the contents into my juice in the am. I still am only taking Cysta Q, and am doing quite well. I'm not symptom free, but do sleep almost through the night now getting up once or twice only, and that to me is a ton better than where I was at a year ago.
