Hello fellow fishes:hi:

I have some intersting question for you all! I am a pisces obvisouly, but there are certin things about me that I wonder if others share! First off I can walk into a room, no one is saying a word and I know exactly what is going on.:loco: Its not a psychic thing, I am just very sensitive to the world around me-almost oversensitive. That being said, I have battled depression all my life. Are there any traits you other pisces have that you want to contribute? I am so curious how other people with my sign are. The zodiac has caught my intrest latley and I would love your input. I think alot of its true.

Oh cripes I am right there with you! I can read problems before they come up in my workplace, out with friends, am always getting "feelings" on stuff of that nature, etc. It's creepy and crazy sometimes. I always teased I was like whats-her-face on Star Trek Next Generation - an empath. I pick up on other peoples feelings of the moment, if someone's mad, I have angry/antsy feelings for no reason, or sad for no reason - it can be very annoying sometimes!!

There's a great book on sun signs, by Linda Goodman, I think called appropriately enough "Sun Signs", lol. I absolutely loved it, a fun read. I thought the descriptions of the signs pretty spot-on based on people I know! Fun stuff!!!! They also call us the garbage cans of the Zodiac - we are a little bit of every sign all rolled into one. And yes, I prefer my dream world to the waking world, lmao!!! ;)

I pick up on others moods, for example if hubby is in a bad mood, or depressed it really brings me down. we are very sensitive signs. we fall in love easily, and love unconditionally. We are to polite for our own good.
we are happier in the summer months when the days last longer.

I can easily pick up on things and people's feelings too-most times, if someone makes plans for later on, I can almost feel if it's actually going to happen and if it will be a good day. (sometimes I'm completely off though-lol!!) I definetly am a dreamer! I love anything to do w/ the water and the sun. I'm artsy and poetic and always have a new book idea going through my head-is it normal to see everyday life in script? I'm married to a virgo, so I guess that's good. Not the most romantic, but very loyal and trustworthy and always likes to make sure others are having a good time.

Now that's got to be an interesting household Donna! Two of the fish married to one another! :) That would be very handy, you could always be aware of the other and their feelings and moods!! ;)

Me, I got myself a Scorpio - yikes. Yes, there's drama, but it's passionate drama!! ;)

Oh me too - dreamer all the way and love music, art, poetry etc. Music though is my first love, lol. And Tig - you are so right, we do everything too easily and are definitely too polite for our own good! I have a double whammy - throw in my Libra Rising and I never say anything, as I am too concerned with keeping the peace and scales balanced, lol!!!

I'm a pisces and share traceann's birthday! I am very intuitive and can sense things like you mentioned. I do get depressed, but I'm 99.9% certain mine is situational because it comes and goes as my symptoms wax and wane.

I'm very tender hearted and get my feelings hurt easily, and I'm very aware of other's feelings as well and have always tried to be kind to everyone, that is, unless someone crosses me, then the temper is UNLEASHED! LOL

I'm a huge animal lover and can't turn down a stray, can't even walk into the animal control place because I can't stand to see the animals that will more than likely be put to sleep.

So, I'm a mushy kinda girl....I cry easy too.

My fiance is a gemini and sometimes he lacks sensitivity and can have extreme mood swings which I am extremly sensitive to. He really lives up to the "twins" two headed you know? hes great though and supports me so it all balances out...hes also not romantic at all...but I love him so who cares right!

I'm with you Erika, mine totally missed the romance class the day it was offered, lol, but he makes up for it in so many other ways - enough to where I don't mind having to FORCE him into getting me cards for Valentine's, Birthdays, etc.... LMAO!!

Hmmm, Sandy (my birthday bud, lol) your temper must be your rising sign, lol. I get tee'd off and have a wicked temper, but never take it out, lol. I end up stuffing it all right back in - must be the Libra in me keeping things balanced and the Pisces in me not wanting to cause "ripples" in the pond!!! ;)

I would imagine donna! Like a match made in heaven. Like you Sandy, my feelings are easily hurt. I also LOVE animals. :cat: We are all so much alike. I almost wonder if our sensitivity is tuned inward as well to our own bodies. I think so. I always know whats going on even when the doc doesn't. He'll do his tests and he comes to the same result as me. Sound firmilair?:elvis:

Like Donna, I am also a Pisces married to a Pisces :smile tee We both have birthdays in March.

It must be a great combination because we have been married for 24 years!!

I have a tender heart and cry so easy.....I have been praying for a tougher heart but I don't think that is going to happen. I hate to see others hurting and like Sandy I can't stand to see animals hurt or not taken care of.

I know what you mean Donna. You look back and think where did it all go???? My one and only son is getting married next month and I just can't believe that is all grown up now. It is kind of like that song Turn Around......they are little and you turn around and they are all grown up and leaving your home. I have heard that once they move out you become more friends than parents so that should be interesting :)

happy early anniversary early.. you know I will forget.

I am married to a libra... and believe me he don't try to balance anything. he's quiet, means well even when his best intentions fail miserbly.. I think we are good to try to even each other out.. if that makes since.

My daughter is a Pisces, she will turn twelve very soon. She is also incredibly empathetic and kind-hearted. She just spent this evening visiting in an Assisted Living facility, where she gave most of her time to the "memory impaired" patients, just listening to these conversations that didnt' seem to make any sense. But she said she knew what they meant. She is also an animal lover and you can't keep her out of the water!

sounds like a pisces to me.. bless her heart, it is so swet of her to go and visit. Is this something she dose on her own? I love animals, good thing my city has a law I would own a zillion dogs.. I love water too, just don't go in if I can't see the bottom.

OMG Tig - I am the same way - if I can't see the bottom forget it, and even then it has to be a bottom that's not icky, lol. I try to just stick with pools - but I stay away from the drain thingy, it creeps me out, lmao!!!

Tigger -- We all go, but Susannah was the one who wanted to do it. In our Unitarian Church, they have a "secret pals" program every year, matching a volunteer adult with every child in the congregation. The adult sends the child a note and maybe a small gift each week for six weeks, and then we have a lunch party on the Sunday closest to Valentine's Day, where the "Secrets" are revealed and the kids meet the grownups who've been writing to them.

Three years ago, Susannah's secret pal was a woman named Mildred, who had just moved to this Assisted Living facility. Mildred gets around pretty well, but she has a lot of health problems and she couldn't really live on her own. Anyway, she and Susannah really hit it off, and so we have visited Mildred a number of times, and she's even come to visit us.

Susannah was the one who noticed that a lot of the residents there have no visitors, and she asked Mildred if it would be okay if she came to the facility at times when a lot of the residents would be in the lounge, and just visited with whoever seemed lonely. OF COURSE, this was okay with everyone, and Susannah never forgets her day and time. (She doesn't seem to be able to remember to put her clothes in the hamper or practice her cello, but this she is good about.) Since she is not quite twelve, someone has to drive her anyway, so she guilt-tripped us into coming in and visiting too. It's nice to make the older people so happy, but it always makes me sad because my grandmother had senile dementia when I was in my twenties, I was very involved in her care, and it always reminds me of her.

She is like me with water -- we will dive in anywhere. Pool, lake, quarry, river, we don't mind. We live near the Atlantic Ocean; the water is rough a lot of the time, and that's when we love to go in the most. Fortunately we are both strong swimmers.
