Oh yes, there is a discussion for everyone, if something doesn't suit you skip on over it and on the next! Very user-friendly!! It's safe and non-judgemental whatsoever, and as Sandy said - lighthearted, we're all in it together so might as well have fun while trying to figure it all out! ;)

Now I can continue learning more about what my body is doing to me, and I have so many questions but above all, I no longer feel alone, because I was the only one I knew who has IC. While I'm babbling on, can anyone point me in the direction of an article I can send on to family and friends or that I can print out for them to help them understand what this is? Most of them think the pain is mostly in my head for having nothing more than a bad, recurring UTI. And where do I learn about the IC diet?
