I am hurting sooooooo bad, I can't sleep, and to top it off the neighborhood dogs are howling with the coyotes!!!! Maybe I should go outside and howl with them. :loco: I had a doctor's appointment today and had to do some other running around. It seems like every time I drive the pain escalates. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day

I hope you feel much better today. I understand about running around and driving - they sometimes put me into a flare as well when I do too much in one day. :grouphug:

So sorry that you're feeling so bad Octoberfarm. I often find that if I do too much then I pay for it by throwing myself into a flare. I hope you get some rest and feel better soon.:grouphug:

Thanks everyone :smile tee

I finally got to sleep around 3:30 this morning and am feel better today. I am sitting here on my heating pad and it seems to help out.

Leelee: That would have been funny if I would have went out there and howled....I probably would of had the cops called on me or made it on Funniest Home Videos :smile tee What part of Louisiana do you live in? We go to Baton Rouge a few times a year for business and I have to tell you.....that Cheescake Factory across from the mall is wonderful!!

I'm really sorry you aren't feeling well. I hope you were able to get some rest last night and awakened better, or at least in less pain than yesterday.

I'm really sorry. I know you generally dealing with a lot of pain, so when you post that it's hurting worse than usual, it must really be deadly. I feel crappy myself today, so we can share our pain over the ether... :)

Octoberfarm, I am happy to know you are feeling better and hope it continues to do so. As fas as the dogs barking, I use a fan to drown out the noise. I can't sleep without the fan.

Sending hugs, Trishann :hi:

Trishann,
I had both a fan and the T.V. on :smile tee
The coyotes really had the dogs going last night.....hopefully tonight will be more quiet :smile tee

Not that I can sleep well in them, but have you tried earplugs? My sleep is so light that a cricket can wake me up sometimes. Believe me, there have been nights that I have been outside in my pjs searching for a cricket. I have been known to remove just 1 leg! Yes, I have found them! My hubby knows that I am serious when I am outside with either bug killer or down on my hands and knees! Don't tell Peta!

Like we all know...sleep is way to precious!

I sleep with a big box fan running every night. I also wear ear plugs to muffle the loud snores and snorts coming from the other side of the bed. Tom likes to face me when he's sleeping....likes to cuddle too. It would be fine except he positions his mouth right over my left ear! Snooooooooore, snoooooooooore........snoooooooooooort! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Anyway, I'm glad you're feeling better today!

ps...does taking one leg off a cricket make them shut up? LOL

Well, yes, Sandy, it ought to -- that's how they make their crickety sounds, by rubbing their legs together.
