I don't know if your into the Charlie's Angels movies, but they are pretty funny and cute. I saw the second one on PPV and we laughed the whole time lmao They also have action in them!
Erin
My alltime favorite is "The Princess Bride", it's got the best quotable lines!
I laugh every time I watch "Ice Age", especially the little clip with the Scrat at the beginning.
"Real Women have Curves" is another favorite...
Also love the "Wonderful Ice Cream Suit".
Enjoy!
(I keep Shrek & Ice Age next to the VCR in bedroom for bad flare nights...)

An oldie but goodie is "The Doctor" with William Hurt, Elizabeth Perkins, and Christine Lahti. It is about a surgeon who becomes sick himself and it changes the way he looks at how he treats his patients. This is from the book, “A Taste of My Own Medicine,” by Ed Rosenbaum. A must see for anyone who has dealt with 'problem physicians."
Another interesting movie is "The Life of David Gale," with Kevin Spacey, Kate Winslet, and Laura Linney. It was a good movie, but it never really found its audience.
If you want a happy movie, “Bend it Like Beckham” will put you in a good mood. It is just a fun movie.
If you are having a good day and want to go out and see a movie, “House of Sand and Fog,” with Jennifer Connelly, Ben Kingsley, and Ron Eldard. Another movie based on a book, by Andre Dubus III, this was on of the books in Oprah’s book club. This is like “The Life of David Gale” in that it will keep you thinking, but neither one is necessarily “an upper.”
Enjoy!

I'm such a movie freak since I am housebound most of the time. My favorite new ones are Seabiscuit, and the writer of the screenplay is Laura Hildebrand, and she has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and wrote much of it from her bed. What an inspiration she is to me. GREAT MOVIE.
I see Bruce Almighty was already mentioned, we have watched it about 10 times and still laugh out loud.
About S chmidt is dry comedy with some very sad parts, but it's an excellent movie. (scary to see Kathy Bates naked tho lol).
My big fat greek wedding......My ALL TIME favorite is Terms of Endearment......Identity is good and has a neat scary twist....Analyze this and Analyze that...Men in black II.....Fargo.......In the bedroom.....Catch Me if you Can.....Road to Perdition.........Signs.....
I could go on and on, but those are some of my favorites!
