Today marks 4 weeks since my sister was buried. I worked alone in my office most of the day. I got a few things done and then I cried. Got a few more things done - and then I cried. It's been such a rollercoaster since her death. When I heard the news, I was totally devastated. I flew home. Once I got back to work, everything had piled up. A little more than a week after the burial, her husband was hospitalized with congestive heart failure. He's been out for about 2 weeks and seems to be doing well. His brother told him he owes it to his children to do his darndest to get well. So he is.
Back at work, my secretary was hospitalized. This is about the busiest time of the year. New registrations are coming in daily, plus the day-to-day work. AAAGGGG.
We will manage. It will keep my mind off other things.
