I am having no trouble from the Interstim Removal, it went smoothly and my incisions are healing nicely.
I do still have the horrendous tailbone pain and can't sit. They have found two cysts on the bottom of the sacrum via a CT scan. They are doing an MRI next week or the following week to further investigate it. (This may be the cause of the tailbone pain, thus not being able to sit)
I do still have the Pudendal Nerve Pain and can't sit. (This will be looked into and my final test for it is March 13th. in NH)
I also have a 4.5 cm left ovarian cyst. I’ve had them before (the ones that disappear with my cycle) but never this big. (My Chronic Pelvic Pain Specialist will look into what to do or not to do about this on Feb. 23rd.)I can not take hormones at all to reduce it or to prevent further ones.
I have been having this awful unrelenting headache in the back of my heed that goes into my neck and shoulders for 8 days now. I've been to my primary 2 times in one week and to the ER last night. CT showed nothing visible. They wanted to do a spinal tap and I had to refuse. I have had one in the past and ended up with a spinal headache from it for 3 months.
Urine Culture came back Positive for a massive Urinary Tract Infection. They put me on Ampicillin. I thought I had the infection starting last week but the nurse who checked my urine insisted that it looked fine and would not send it for culture. I insisted on Monday that they do another one. I am glad I was persistent. This could explain the headache. I often get terrible headaches with UTIs.
One day at time, One Pain at time....Complex Case is Right! I have to keep moving on and find the way!
