Itchy TENS electrode pads?

Does anyone else have problems with their electrode pads making them itchy and somewhat red? I have both reusable and some disposable ones and I can't even put the reusable ones on my tummy because they itch so bad. The disposable ones itch too but not as much but when I took the last ones off it was all red underneath. Am I allergic to something? I've seen hypoallergenic ones online, anyone use these before?

The TENS unit is working really well otherwise!

I would call the manufacturer of the T.E.N.S. unit and ask them if they could send you hyperalergenic pads. A lot of people do have reactions to the pads. You may also be able to get the hyperalergenic pads from your local surgical supply store.
