Well, as you all know, I'm doing the Interstim trial right now, and that means I can't get my entire lower back area wet AT ALL. After several days of watching me struggle to sponge-bathe at the sink (and get rashes from not getting all the soap off in a few places), my husband came home early today with a present for me...
A handheld showerhead with a six foot long cord and five different water settings :) He installed it and it is working
Now, this way, with the water turned just so, I can wash my arms and legs and other places easily AND rinse well. :)
Hey, I thought that was pretty darn romantic and thoughtful! :D

That is so sweet, your husband wanting to make it easier for you. The thoughts are precious.

That was very nice of him to do. Think better then a dozen roses. Makes you life a little bit easier. :)

Jen, what a great guy you've got there! That was the most thoughtful and kind thing I've heard of a man doing in a long time. Give him hugs from ME for being so sweet and kind to you right now!

Wow, are you sure he's a guy? LOL He thought that up and excecuted the idea all by himself? Definitely a keeper!
We have one of those shower hoses (in France they're called "telephone showers") and I think you'll like having it even when you're able to take a regular shower again. SO nice to rinse your hair off with.
