Anyone follow the Blood-Type Diet?
And can you tell if your bladder symptoms
have improved because of it?

I have got a book called eat right for your type, which is the blood type diet book. I have read through for my blood type which seems very interesting but I couldnt really go and follow it through properly because some things they have listed that are good for me eg. highly beneficial are cranberries and pineapple which I wouldnt try because of the IC. I know some people who can go on the diet have lost weight.

Yes, that's the one: "Eat Right 4 Your Type"
I have been following it pretty well for the past
month, and feeling better for it in many ways.
More energy, less joint pain, losing a little weight.
I also avoid the bladder irritating foods, customizing
it to follow IC diet guidelines.
And my bladder has stopped behaving badly!
So far, so good. Don't know if it's the combination,
or one diet or the other.
I do know that my bladder is better than it's
been in years.

good for you peppersalt!!! I am glad you are doing well with the diet and that your bladder is behaving. My bladder is behaving too. I mentioned to my uro about a month ago that my bladder gets very itchy and it was annoying. I tested negative to thrush. She then didnt really know why it was getting itchy and pretty much said just live with it. So I when on the forum to hunt around if any one had similar symtoms and before you know it I found a good post by Katrina on yeast build up in your body. I started to take one capsule of inner health plus per day and I & my bladder feel great no more itchy bladder. This website is the best!!! You get the most info here. I am so grateful for this site. take care.
