Update

I had a CT to check my tailbone Today.There were thankfully No fractures but they found a large left ovarian cyst. Ultrasound on Monday. MRI next week for further tailbone scans. March 13th is my next test for PNE.

Kara,

Glad to hear there are no fractures. Hopefully that cyst won't complicate things further. I hope that the next scan sheds some light on what is causing the additional problems.

Cysts are not fun. I have had several and they sometimes can put you in alot of pain. When I had them my lower back, tail bone and anus would hurt. I had a hard time sitting down as well. I don't get them anymore, because for one thing, I have just one ovary left, and for another I am in menopause and you usually don't get them.

I had to have surgery one time because the cyst was so big that it finally burst, so they removed the cyst, my appendix and the one ovary. Other cysts required no surgeries because they went away on their own.

I am wondering if having the cyst is contributing to your pain? Hmmmmmmm!:idea:

i was wondering how youu were doing....i was going to have Jeremy hunt Allen down at work today and get an update but he got super busy and didnt have the time.

sorry about the cyst...but the good news is that maybe once is pops (thats what they do afterall.....and yes its not fun....but the pain only lasts a second) then your back will start to feel better!

and YIPPIE for no tailbone fractures!
