Soy in Cystoprotek

I'm a little confused because I saw the ingredient soy on the bottle of my Cystoprotek for the first time. I didn't read the bottle before now (it's only been a year)lolololol Soy is not suppose to be okay for IC'rs right?

It's back to that craziness that is IC, lol, must bother some and not bother some, lol. For me, when I was first diagnosed I was really sensitive to soy - now (knock on wood) it doesn't bother me at all.... As long as it's not bugging you, keep on keepin on! ;)

I had a veggie burger one day, and I really didn't notice any difference in my symptoms. I'm still not 100% of all my trigger foods. Thanks.

That's good to hear! But it's nuts isn't it? How one bladder can hate something and another could care less, ugh. No wonder I am a crazy person! ;)

Oh yes, I have found that my sensitivities are mostly chemical-especially medications. Some don't bother me, but most do. Foods don't seem to bug too much unless there are a lot of chemicals or msg in it. Some days though I seem more sensitive than others. You are right, no wonder we go crazy!!
