I'm driving 8 hours to see my urogyn next Tuesday night. I have seen him before, back when he was only 3 hours away. This trip is to finalize plans for my botox injections. I still have 51 days of waiting until I get the botox. I knew I should have waited until I only had 30 days left until the injections to start the count down. Now it seems like some relief from the pain is months away. Anyway, I am staying in a hotel for four days and the only items on my packing list are my instill supplies and my pillow. What other items should I bring with me?

You're wise to have a check list for packing. I know I couldn't manage to go anywhere without one. I even put such things as underwear, toothpaste, hairbrush, etc., on my list --- it's soooo easy to forget something. You might try putting a note pad in your bathroom so you can make notes so you don't forget things.

What sometimes helps is going around each room of the house and taking an inventory of what you use and will absolutley need to take with you on the trip. As you go around you can add to your list. That list can be helpful as you leave the hotel too so you can just check things off quickly.
Good Luck on your Botox Injections. I know waiting for relief is the hardest part. Hopefully you will get relief and the wait will be past you.

Don't forget an extension cord - you don't know where the electrical outlets may be.
