Drug company names

I'm trying desperately to find out who makes Heparin and Sodium Bicarbonate so that I can go to their site and see if they happen to have a patient assistance program that doesn't show up at pparx.org.

Does anyone know the names of the companies? I tried GSK to find no relevant info.

(Also, is Lidocaine 2% VISC Sol the type I need?)

My heparin and bicarb both come from American Pharmaceutical Partners. My lidocaine is a 2% solution and comes from Hospira, Inc.

You should ask your doctor what percentage lidocaine he would like you to use -- some use 1% and some use 2% in their recipes, so it is best for you to ask.

The heparin I use is made by Baxter. The sodium bicarbonate is brand Hospira.
I don't use Lidocaine, so don't know about that.
