So I've been slipping on the diet, and as much as I hate to admit it, I really think it was helping. I have really bad willpower though, and no matter what I end up cheating on something.

I really miss fruit, and I was wondering how much fruit flavored candy would hurt? Would fruity jellybeans or lollypops be okay? I had some jellybeans today, and my bladder actually seems to be doing better, although I had some spasms immediately afterward (coincidence?).

Look at the label. I avoid anything with citric acid or fruit juice.

Looking at your signature notes, have you tried physical therapy? If diet isn't as big a deal as stress reduction, could part or most of your symptoms be pelvic floor disfunction? Just a thought..
