Dragged out two of my spiffy dresses to wear to doc's tomorrow. :smile tee Not sure if they still fit but will try them on and hope. Figured maybe wearing something extra special I might get a better idea of what is going on with the male nurse. Watch with my luck he won't even be there. He's always there on my Doctor Frankenstein looking days and finger in the light socket hair days but on my extra special looking day no show. :bonk:
I hope he's there tomorrow to see you looking HOT!!! Good luck!!!:smile tee
PS. The cruise was Awesome! Had a great time, can't wait to go again next year (we already planned it assuming Mike and I still like eachother by then-:lmao: ).

Glad the cruise went well Leah. You must be having problems with your husband? Sorry about that. Hope you make out ok. Hey, have any pictures to post of your great cuise?
Today was not a good day. first none of my spiffy dresses fit. They fit but are to tight with the stupid bladder. You know how things have to be loose and then I need extra room for the tens. Will have to kick off 15 pounds to fit into them. Bad part last winter those things fit fine. Then my hair stayed flat no matter how much hair spray or curling I did. Then to top it off he wasn't there. Well, it did turn into a Dr. Frankenstein day after all. :bonk:
Better luck next time. I know how it is with having to have clothes fit just right so that you're comfortable:mad: I have pics of the cruise but have no idea how to post them, I'm kinda computer illiterate when it comes to that! When's your next appointment? We can start preparing now!

If I were there I could down laod them for you but I can't explain how to do it. I don't know all the terms for it. All I know is you click this thingy to get that thingy. There are just too many thingys in my life. :bonk: I go next week to the doc again. Go every week. was thinking if I don't eat much and do aroebics at least 1 hour everyday maybe I would lose enough to at least wear one of them? Think I need to start writing down what I eat and add up calories again. Gee, I can remember when I could lose 5 pounds easy in one week. I've only lost 2 pounds in a month. Wish I had the fat sucking hose on my vacum cleaner. Would make things easier. :dizzy:
I just bought an elliptical machine. Get it next week!!! Hoping it helps. It was kinda fun to use. Have to use it for at least 2mos or Mike is going to throw a fit! Have 20lbs to lose by May. My only choice is to try this now, I just can't give up the few yummy foods that I can eat!!!

OHHHH I know what you mean about those clothes not fitting:loco: ..They fit fine a couple of months ago, and the scales show I have not gained weight, its just my stomach, I have never had a large stomach, but since the cysto/hydro.. It will not go down..My pants fit fine in the hips and legs, just hard to button...I refuse to go up a size...nope nope nope..I wonder if its all the fiber I have been eating making my stomach swell..hummm..lol..
Anyways, sorry I missed your post yesterday..
But you keep your spirits up and theres always next time....:smile tee

Ronda, trying to find pants that fit me right because of the stomach thing is like trying to find gold in cow manure. Really, if they fit around my stomach fine then they are too big in the hips and butt. If they fit good on the hips and butt then they are too tight in the waist. The only thing I can wear that are fine fitting are sweat pants. Oh, and don't even mention how pants are now built for women who are 15 feet tall! What is it with these pant legs that are dragging on the floor? I hate sewing but I can't stand pants dragging on the floor. :dizzy:
meme, I'll have to see what the elliptical thing is. I pretty much don't have anymore room for anything in my bedroom now. If anyone broke in without a flash light they would kill themselves tripping over everything. I'm the only one in my family that can walk through my bedroom in total darkness. :woohoo: I was trying to think of a way to do 1 hour of aroebics without killing the bladder off and without having to take too much of the vicodin. My body can't seem to handle more then 3-3 1/2 of it. Good luck to your fat burning. Hey, lets see who gets there first. ;)
I did some 15min dance express workouts for a while. They were pretty fun, and easy enough once I got used to them, made my knees start to pop though. That's why I think the elliptical will be good. Its one of those things where you run on it and work your arms, but your feet are on pedals the whole time-know what I mean? Kinda like an upright stationary bike. Going to weigh and measure myself next week before I start and then hang a picture up of how I want to look and not quit until I reach my goal. At least I'm going to give it a shot anyway:bonk: I always end up quitting though. Get so far, then I have a good day and think I don't need to work out anymore, then it just gets worse. We should race to meet our goals. Give me some inspiration!:lmao:

This big stomache thing is ridiculous. I have not gained a pound, but look more pregnant than when I was. My girlfriends came over the other night for dinner, and I caught them looking at my tummy all the time. I should have patted it and said, Isn't this exciting at my age(52) Yet another fine gift from ic! Waterflow, do you have any store named Steinmart by you?

Marymove, funny you mentioned expecting at 52. Doc said he knew a woman who was 52 who just gave birth to twins. Maybe I still have a chance? No Steinmart here. Just Wal-mart, K-mart, JCPenny. Then some little stores. There is a video/cd store at the Mall but I can't remember it. Oh, do have coconuts store for music cds.
meme, where did you find the dance exercise workouts? Weret hey for a cd? I'be been using the same old cassette tape (yes, I said cassette tape) that I had back in the 80's. I know the thing by heart. Hmmmm, will work at thinking of an inspiration for us to do the race. Maybe post before and after photos?? the winner doesn't have to post the before one? ;)

I have one of those exercise balls that are really good because you can do mild workouts if you are having a rough day.
Also, we have started using resistance bands to tone - the cool thing about those is you can skip the exercises that irritate the bladder on a bad bladder day.
Waterflow, you hang in there - there is someone out there deserving of someone as wonderful as you!
