Ouch

I have been struggling with pain for the last 4 months, and last night my husband was in the mood for he first time in those four months and I just couldn't break his heart. So we had sex and it was very uncomfortable for me, it felt like and a burning down there. Today I am in alot of pain. I know that it can happen and it generally does, but the thought of never having sex again is not something at 37 I am willing to live with.
I was just wondering if it is usual for the pain from sex to hit so fast, and if anyone else feels that burning feeling down there.

there lots oftimes that it starts hurting during, and can hurt for days after. I always take a muscle relaxer, urised and pain pill before, to try and head off the aftermath of the pain.

When I have a flare up it hurts so bad in there that i can not think of doing anything. I burn so bad too. Like right now I am sort of in a flare up and hubby wants to do something. I say ok and regret it. :(
