:help: Hello, I am so glad to find you guys! I hate that you all are going thru what you are but it's nice to know there are people out there that share your pain are willing help.

I am awaiting my official diagnosis but I've been told several times that my symptoms sound like IC. I had a IVP (i think that's what they called it) today. It's been a long day so please understand if I miss spell. My problem with that whole ordeal today was that I also have IBS and I couldn't totally get my bowels cleaned out despite a laxative, stool softners, (which I take every day) and 2 enemas!! But they managed to get the pics. anyway. I find out next weds. what the urologist says. Meanwhile, I wait and suffer thru my pain. some days better than others.

I'm 38 yrs. old and it seems like since I hit 30 I've had all kinds of problems. Had gall bladder out in 2002. Alot of times my pains make me think of those attacks. Anyone know what I'm talking about? well, thanks for reading and don't hesitate to reply. I want to hear from all of you.

Hope you all have a pain free day!:)
Sweet

Hi Sweets & welcome!

Seems IC & IBS are often companions.

I know what you mean about being happy to find others who deal with this sort of pain and inconvenience. I felt the same relief when I found this board! I think that was the hardest part for me (as if the pain wasn't tough enough!), feeling like I was the only person in the world living with this! Not a soul to talk to who understood!

Let us know how things turn out on Wednesday.

Vicki
