Does a TENS unit help with retention? Or only with frequency? I am very confused. I have horrible retention and terrible frequency, but I'd rather have to go all the time than not be able to go at all...THANKS

When I use mine, it helps block the urge to go as well as pain. It doesn't take it away entirely, just helps lessen the urge. Maybe it's just a distraction...but whatever works!
