Resource Sharing / Support Group

Vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, endometriosis, pudendal nerve entrapment, pelvic floor tension myalgia …..

Women living with chronic pelvic pain often feel alone on their journey to find tools to manage their symptoms.

You are not alone!

There are great resources out there and many are found by others on their own journey. This group is an opportunity to share treatments, resources and common frustrations on the path to living well with pelvic pain.

We will also have the opportunity to bring in guest speakers who have a special interest in this field.

First meeting Saturday January 13th

When: Second Saturday of each month

9 am to 11 am

Julie has specialized in the area of pelvic muscle dysfunction for the past 7 years. Her practice focuses on addressing the muscle component of pelvic pain and syndromes such as interstitial cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, endometriosis, vulvodynia and prostititis. (member of the International Pelvic Pain Society, APTA Women Section, IC Network)
