Mood Swings on Elavil?

I had to stop taking Elavil b/c I felt like my mood was just so unpredictable. Has anyone else had this problem?

Oh yes! That is why I stopped it. I could not handle the mood swings and the depression it put me into. Feel free to PM if you want to chat about it!

I've been on Elavil for 8 months and havent experienced mood swings-or any other possible side effects.
Just goes to show that everyone is different.:)

Yes, I had to decrease my dose slowly to see what was good for my bladder and good for my mood, I am ok at 30 mg but any higher then that and I am a demon
