The toilet is broken, you can't use it, and you can't pee outside!

I managed to drag myself out of bed and go to our New Years Eve Party. There were 20 people there. I got dressed up and even put on some makeup. About an hour into the party the Host says: The toilet is broken and we don't want anyone peeing outside so you will have to hold it. Well you can imagine everyone went nuts! Not to mention there were two kids there staying overnight. There were 9 people staying overnight. The Host then says: STOP TALKING about our problem! Everyone went nuts again and started talking about it even more. You all can imagine how I felt! IT's an IC Person's WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we were ALL drinking! I wanted to leave but the Host insisted we all stay until midnight. It was a disaster! The toilet backed up into their basemet and there was raw sewage all over his basement. One of our friends lived a few blocks down and I was Sober so they designated me the DD. We had to drive over to his house to pee. I took 3 people over and then I said! That's enough. Luckily my Indiana Pouch can hold 1000cc's. I was able to hold it until we left at 4:00AM. Needless to say most of the people left that were going to stay overnight and had the kids.

Thats awful Kara, I would of had to leave, I know thats not polite, but theres
NO way I could of held it that long..I feel sorry for the people who had the party, you know it had to be embarrassing..

But I so glad to here you got out, I know its been so tough on you lately..
I hope you know I so look up to you....When im having a rough day and start feeling sorry for myself, I think of you and think what you are going through and then I feel bad about complaining, you are such an inspiration to me and I know to so many on here..

Wow. I would've died without a bathroom and not being able to go outside. You would've thought they'd have made other arrangments for guests or called a plumber (yes they do work on holidays and weekends-we always have to go out and clean them holidays are the worst times-had 2 calls Sunday!). Glad you had a good new year and were able to go out and have fun! Hope the rest of the year only gets better for you!

I would've left the party either right then, or waited till I had to go to the bathroom, which could've been 30minutes or 1 hour or 2.
