These cigarette companies have some guts!

I'll give you the same deal I give all my friends--- if you quit, you get a free dinner with me. Nothing fancy, but free dinner!

I will even aviod buying Kraft cheese because they are owned by Phillip Morris.

Well, it's not as sick as what I saw the other day...a homeless person picking a cigarette butt off the ground and lighting it. No, they're not addictive!

The nicotine addiction is far greater than anyone could imagine. I have quit now 2 weeks after being in the hospital with chest pains and trouble breathing. My 2 stress tests were showing blockage but they had to do a cardiac catherization and that was scary enough. Luckily it showed all was okay. Alot attributed to me going to Urgent care with chest pains and trouble breathing but the cigerettes definaly did not help. They were stuffing up my nose and head and was popping decongestants like crazy which sped up my heart. I am ashamed to confess my need for nicotine while at my temporary pt job over the holidays compelled me when I ran out of cigerettes to take one out of the ashtray that someone else smoked and thats pretty sick. I had never done that and its pretty sad that I stooped to that level. You can do it Teri, its my second attempt, last time for 6 months now again but I must do it.

Funeral Expenses???? Screw that, how about hospital bills!!!!!!!!!! <img src="graemlins/cussing.gif" border="0" alt="[cussing]" />

Its so sad when I see people sick from something like that. Sometimes, it is their choice- I have even seen people with lung cancer leave the hospital floor to go have their cigg fix. BUT, if youve made the decision to try and quit SCREW THEM!!!!!!!!!

You can do it teri wink.gif Im not a smoker....when my ex was trying to quit everytime he had a nic fit he HAD to have a glass of warm milk......he was like a baby, but he's a few years nicotine free now.

GOOD LUCK, Im rootin for YOU!!!!!
