well hubby is working on quitting he has emphimsia :( he has 2 more ribs than he should which means his lungs has expanded. This phnuemia has taken a terrible toll on him, his ekg was bad and has to go for a 2 d echo on tuesday. we just paid 50.00 for 14 step 1 nicoderm patches banghead

He didn't want to quit, so I guess I can't make him. He'll do it when he wants to, he said. Which is the way it has to be. :rolleyes:

Brat if you live near a Walgreens their patches are cheaper than the other ones- that is what I used and it has now been months since I quit. I wish him the very best in his quitting. It has got to be one of the hardest things I ever did! Judith

Hi Brat, so sorry to hear that your husband has been so sick with pneumonia. I hope he's getting better slowly but surely (and I hope that you and Ashley are all better too). I wish your husband good luck. It will be a very tough thing and he has to want to do it or he won't. I have never smoked so I can only imagine how tough it must be. Good Luck.
