Congratulations Cathy!!!

Keep hanging in there, I chained smoked for about 6 months when my husband died, started feeling the effects, you know shortness of breath, and the smell on everything, plus IC got bad, I quit right before the addiction set in...You will do it, I know It!!!!!

Keep up the good work..
I never did smoke and I am very allergic to smoke..
So I know it must be very hard for you Cathy!!
Our city went all NO smoking in public places this past summer and it is so nice to go out to a resturant and have a good meal and no one smoking at all..
