Can food triggers make you have more frequency?
I seem to be able to eat what I want, I do leave out coffee, tea, and anything with tomatoes in it, but I noticed the other day I ate some birthday cake, and about 3 hours after I ate it, I could not quit going to pee, like every 20 min, and all night long:toilet:
Does this happen to anyone else?

It's a major symptom for me if I eat or drink a trigger. I don't always have real pain after ingesting a trigger food/drink, but the frequency is maddening. To me it just isn't worth it.

Thanks Donna,
I guess I will really start paying attention to what I eat...and If I start going more then I will leave that food out of my diet...

I have that too. Sometimes a certain food will cause just pain, and another will cause just frequency. So hard to try to avoid everything. I have noticed personally that if I eat a lot of sugary treats I will get just the frequency. I'll be peeing every 20mins until I get it out of my system. Sucks this time of year.
