My sister-in-law and I both had thermal ablasions of the uterus for heavy cycles, 6 months apart,low and behold, we both got IC after the procedure. If anyone out there has had the thermal ablasion (with water) done and then developed IC, We would like to hear from you. Ironiclly, they quit using the water and now do them with lasers.
