IUD out today

I got my IUD out today, and plan to start trying next month. Has anyone gone into remission with one pregnancy, and then didn't in another? Am I making sense?

I went into remission with my last pregnancy and plan to do the same for this one. I just hope my body will react the same. Does anyone have experience with this?

I have only had 1 child but I went into remission with it and my dr said that should happen each time for me when pregnant. I hope it is the same for you!
