New to Site Questioning Therapy

Hello to everyone
I am new to you site and somewhat new to these horrific symptoms i have been having for the past six months. Just wondering for those women with urinary retention and urinary pain what kind of therapies your uros have you on and any diet or tricks for a flare up.

I am currently on Macrodantin 50mg QD and Flomax .4mg out of the thirty days of the month about 4 -8 are bad. It is very frustrating being 29 years old knowing that I could have this pain for the rest of my life. Any help out there???
