Update.....I'm still hanging tuff, the hyper spells seem to be gone and I can think again...dizziness gone, and I'm thinking before I spout off to others....LOL.....bet they are glad. Thanks for your encouragement...just going one day at a time.......cathy

WOO HOO! Keep going Cathy, you're almost there! I quit 2 years ago cold turkey, the fist few weeks were kinda rough, but its not impossible. Your post definelty proves that! Good luck and keep posting on your progress!!

Congratulations! You are now entering the stage where your addiction may start telling you that you need a cigarette because you feel stressed --- don't give in!

Oh, yes --- a little tip for when you discover that even your drapes smell like an ash tray --- those dryer things that are supposed to clean your stuff instead of sending it to the cleaners --- works very well for getting rid of smells from clothing, drapes, etc.

You have a right to be very proud of yourself.
