I am now 15 days away from my surgery and feel like a ticking timebomb. I thought that this feeling was just at my day job as they still haven't hired a temp to fill in for me yet. We have to have someone in here by mid next week so I can train her. UGH!!! Guess they are waiting on a miracle or me to do that too!

But apparently the ticking has taken over my home life now too.
I really wore myself out over the weekend trying to get Christmas shopping done and slowly getting my house MAJORLY clean. I spent 2 hours scrubbing my kitchen yesterday and an hour outside scrubbing my front porch WHEEEW!:toilet: Needless to say, my shoulder is screaming today as well as my pelvis, back and bladder are REALLY flared up. But the good thing is I only have 3 more rooms to go in my house before cleaning completion :woohoo:

I think that the last time I had any feelings like this was when I was going on Maternity leave over 8 years ago, but I didn't have the IC to contend with then. I am getting so stressed out over everything that I am keeping myself flared up. While I am eager to just get this ball rolling, there is just too much to do beforehand.

Thanks for letting me whine. I love you all :smile tee

Hi Wendi, I do understand about being nervous about the surgery and you also have the load of trying to get things done. I had a test done which usually most people would have no problems with, but this test made me so nervous and sick to my stomach. I came through it because of prayers and the encouraging words people wrote down. When I was weak, it made me strong. You remember the things people say and then you know you can do it. When you have IC it does seems to be harder. That is why we have each other.

You are not alone and because of it you can do it.
Sending many hugs, Trishann
