Is there anything IC safe to eat there? I also can't tolerate dairy. Next week I have a dinner/baby shower to go to there. I'm hoping I cxan find at least something to nibble on there!

I like their BBQ Chicken Pizza. I order it without the onions. It is made with BBQ sauce, so you might need to pick something else if you can't have BBQ sauce. I think some of their pizzas are made with a white sauce. Check their menu at their web site so see if you can find something that won't make you flare.

You can order a pizza without tomato sauce --- it's what my family does and we like it. I sometimes just order a cheese pizza and it's good.

Processed cheese is usually okay. It's aged cheese that is a problem for many people with IC.

That's the problem...I'm allergic to milk. I'm going to try to call their food allergy line. CPK wouldn't be a place I'd want to eat before I found out I had IC. It seems like almost everything has cheese! What's the pizza bread with veggies and olive oil? I didn't see that on the menu. Garlic also bothers me. My husband suggested I take something with me to eat but that would make me feel like a freak. The lettuce wraps seem like a possibility. Minced chicken/shrimp with mushrooms and green onions stir fried in a wok over crispy rice noodles. I could skip the sauce. Will that totally kill me? It may at least give me soemthing to pick at while everyone else eats. At least they have Evian on the menu! :) :help:
